Talal Rafi

Talal Rafi is a Sri Lankan Economist, specializing in macroeconomic policy, who has been a consultant to the European Union and Asian Development Bank, contributes as an expert columnist to the IMF's Public Financial Management Blog, and is a member of the World Economic Forum's Expert Network. He was a Director at Ernst & Young and was on Deloitte's global macroeconomics team. His work has been published by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Chatham House London, Johns Hopkins University, and the London School of Economics.
