Talal Rafi

Talal Rafi is an Economist and he is a Director at Ernst & Young (EY) Sri Lanka. He is a regular contributor to the IMF’s public finance forum. He was a consultant at the Asian Development Bank on economic policy and he is an Expert Member of the World Economic Forum. He was a member of the Deloitte Global Economist Network and he is a Visiting Lecturer at the Centre for Banking Studies, Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
