Francisco Roch is an Associate Professor of Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a consultant for multilateral organizations. A former Senior Economist at the IMF and Deputy Research Manager at CEMLA, his research on fiscal policy and international finance has been published in leading academic journals including Econometrica, the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and the Journal of International Economics. He serves as an Associate Editor of the IMF Economic Review and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago.
