Yang Liu worked as the Economic Advisor (ODI Fellow) in the Ministry of Education, Timor-Leste between 2019-2021 and continues to serve as an advisor. He has led on Public Finance for Children (PF4C) efforts with UNICEF in Montenegro and is currently supporting resource mobilization for the education sector with UNESCO in Myanmar.
