Thibaut Rosenzweig is the Resident PFM Expert attached to the General Department of Budget in the Cambodian Ministry of Economy and Finance supported by Expertise France and funded by the French Agency for Development (AFD). He started his career as a civil servant in the General Department in charge of public finances at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance.
