Richard Priesol (Ph.D. in applied mathematics; Comenius University Bratislava) is the founder and Head of the Department of Behavioral and Experimental Analysis at the Institute for Financial Policy. Richard has worked on several behavioral experiments in the Slovak public sector, focusing on tax behavior, energy savings or the spread of misinformation. Previously, he worked as a macroeconomic analyst and an experimental economist and was responsible for the development of economic models, the preparation of official forecasts and the implementation of experimental methods in public policies.
