Guillermo Cruces (PhD in Economics; LSE) is the deputy director of the Center for Distributive, Labor and Social Studies (CEDLAS) at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina, and a Professor of Economics at the University of Nottingham's School of Economics. His areas of research include impact evaluation of public programs and economics of perceptions and reference groups.
