Thervina Mathurin-Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Economic Policy, from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. She serves as Deputy Chief Economist within the Research and Policy Unit and has over 17 years of experience in economics, with expertise in policy analysis, economic forecasting, research, and data management.
