Tia Elise Raappana is a Senior Public Sector Specialist in the PEFA Secretariat. She has two decades of strategic, management and operational experience on public sector and economic governance, anti-corruption, and PFM. Tia has held several positions in HM Treasury and the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office in the UK. She has also worked with several international financial institutions and as a senior adviser to two Afghan Finance Ministers.
