Leandro Rossi is the Netherlands' alternate Co-chair Deputy for the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action. He works at the International Affairs Directorate at the Dutch Ministry of Finance. Previously, he was active in EU Affairs and climate policy for the Belgian Ministry of Finance.
